When we moved here three years ago, I was delighted to find that little Lake City had a KIA dealership a couple miles from home. The first couple of years, I took my Telluride there for regular servicing and the people were honest, friendly and non-pressuring. I had such a positive experience at Rountree Moore. I chatted on the phone and through text before driving to the dealership and told them my terms and conditions. They were able to meet those and were completely honest in everything they said they’d do. Also, there wasn’t the usual back and forth negotiating. Today was a difficult day until I made a phone call to Gram D. He took time out of his busy day to help me with my issue with KIA Fiance of America. He made a phone call and stayed on the line while we got transferred a couple of times and got the problem solved. My transmission messed up. Took my car to rountree Moore Kia. Rob took care of me 100%. He got the extended warranty fulfilled and got my car back on the road. Today I had the pleasure of having my tires changed, working with Kiyana Williams, who is a firecracker of a Service Manager,and the sales manager Tony Frierson, who really listens to the customer, it was a wonderful experience. I absolutely love my Ford Expedition that I bought and each time they have treated it perfectly. Always a wash and vacuum, free. They always go above and beyond.

I purchased a vehicle in July and here I am not even three months later having trouble with the vehicle. The check engine light came on because it is burning oil and timing belt issues and it’s possible the warranty may not cover this.
